Kathrin works across genres and in multidisciplinary contexts.
Dance, theatre, video, sound, text.
Each project is different – the connection between the works is the minimalist aesthetic and the preliminary research, which is usually based on documentary or autobiographical contents.
The result can be a theatre piece on a conventional stage, a site-specific work or a pop-up performance in the public realm – an audio walk, a book or a film production.
After 12 years of living in the UK and being on the road, Kathrin has returned to her birth town Bern, where she is now based with her family.

Tanz, Theater, Video, Sound, Text. Jedes Projekt ist anders – das Verbindende ist die reduzierte Aesthetik und die meist dokumentarische oder autobiografische Recherche, die den Inhalten zugrunde liegt. Manchmal Bühne, manchmal öffentlicher Raum, manchmal Spaziergangsformat, manchmal eine Buchproduktion oder eine Filmarbeit.
Nach 12 Jahren im UK und unterwegs ist Kathrin mit ihrer Familie wieder in Bern zuhause.
